When you list with me, you’ll get the following:

Full Listing on TMLS (Triangle Multiple Listing Service) with photos.

Feed to Realtor.com, Zillow.com, and all the national real estate websites.

It’s that easy. My professional advice will help you prepare your home for the market.

I will advise you about any necessary repairs, upgrades, painting, and staging to make your home more attractive to buyers.

I will measure your home and take room dimensions for accuracy.

You will receive a yard sign and a lock box.

I will provide you with a free CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to help you determine the best price for your home.

You will be notified of all appointments through Centralized Showing Service (CSS). You will receive uncensored feedback on showings.

I will handle your negotiations and paperwork. I will negotiate any repair requests made by buyers after the inspection. I will follow up with the buyer’s lender to make sure they are getting full loan commitment and will be ready to close on the sale at the agreed upon date. I will go to closing with you or for you to see the transaction through.

I will do all of this for you for the low commission of just 3.9% of the purchase price. Other agents charge 5% or 6%!*
